The fourth tip is very important, specially when it comes to addictive and food habits which are the most difficult to break or make. We have been conditioned to eat certain type of food, conditioned to addictions like smoking, drinking, etc. This includes me, for I was a chain smoker for 7 years and I was able to drop my habits like smoking, drinking, eating non vegetarian food, with the help of a certain group. Join some group which empowers you, which keeps you in motivated energy, which acts like a shield for you to make sure you are in the energy of people who wish to live that way.

When you join a group of inspired people, sometimes when your energy goes low and you feel like going to that addiction again, it supports you. So this way we create a kavacha for some time. I would say depending on the addiction, it takes about minimum 66 days and if it’s a very deep addiction, it may require few months also to overcome it. So join a group of like-minded people who want to live or are living the way you wish to live and this way you can break your habit.
