Secret # 4: Loving and Wholesome Feelings

It is feelings which really matter. Feelings are the most important aspects of our lives. Our feeling is what creates the next thought, thought creates the next feeling and this becomes a cycle. Either it empowers us or pulls us down. Do you know we get 60000 to 80000 thoughts in a day? It is very difficult to catch (although I told you to catch) the thought but it is easier to catch the feeling. Why is it easy to catch the feeling? This is so because feeling gives a tangible evidence to the body. Hence, it is very easy to catch them. 


If we can catch our feelings, we will be able to catch our thoughts quite easily. That’s the secret. Let’s catch our feelings. If we are feeling low, immediately our thoughts will be low, if we are feeling great, our thoughts will be great. So even if you are feeling low, catch it at that time, shift it, there are many ways to shift it like just put on some good music or go out for a nice walk, or spend time in nature. Your mood will change. Once you change your mood, your thoughts will start changing.


Secret # 5: Empowering Belief Systems

More important than thoughts and feelings is the belief systems we hold. We are all conditioned machines, conditioned from day one. In fact our conditioning starts in our mother’s womb. By the time we reach the age of 35, 95% of us are programmed, because of our belief systems which starts from parents, teachers, society, books, movies, experiences and various other conditionings. We just somehow, unknowingly pick up our belief systems from this environment. Nothing wrong in it. There are two types of belief systems – some are empowering which give us a great lift and others are limiting which pull us down. If we want to be healthy, we must live by great values and empowering belief systems. If at all we have a low one, which we all do have, including myself, catch it, reframe it and convert it into a positive affirmation. Read it everyday. It will help you change your belief system gradually. It requires few months of training, which we can do if we are ready for it.


Secret # 6: Pure Intentions

The sixth one is our intention. What are our vibrations? What is our intention of doing what we are doing? Always question yourself. Whatever action we are doing, what is the intention behind it? Are we doing it for fame, power, name, then it is not a healthy sign but if we are doing it for our growth, for contribution, for service, to help others in some way, it has a tremendous positive impact on our health. 


People who live for others, are compassionate, truthful, their health generally is far better than the ordinary person. This secret of pure intention is one of the most important ones for a healthy life.


Secret #7: Inspiring Company

The last secret is the company which we are moving around  with, friends, associates, people we are surrounded with. Knowingly or unknowingly, we pick up their habits, so watch your company, watch your children’s company. If we want to be healthy, we should simply choose to be in inspiring company. We choose our environment wisely. We move around with people who think healthy, who act healthy, who are healthy, and who are basically health-conscious, food conscious, thought-conscious, exercise-conscious, feeling conscious as well as intention-conscious.
