Condensed talks by Guruji Shri Rishi Prabhakarji

Our mind is like continuously rippling water in a pond.

The cause of those ripples are the stones that we throw into the pond (our conditioning).

When we meditate the water becomes still, because we stop throwing stones in it.

When we come out, we again start throwing stones and continuous ripples are again in motion.

We have to learn how to maintain Samadhi for long, even with eyes open, and even under abnormal, unusual conditions.

For this we need to dive deep within the ocean of the mind to experience the Silence within and  to recognise what one is holding onto and learn to let go of all our ‘must be’s’ and our seriousness.
