Being a Manager or Worker is not about the role he is assigned, but in the way one functions.

Worker

A person may be ‘Worker’ but the way he functions, he may yet function as a ‘Manager’.

A Worker is bogged down by every challenge and wants to run away from it.

Worker shirks responsibility as he feels it is a burden and passes on the buck to others.

Worker is unable to include all, as he focuses on differences.

Worker is burdened by work and cannot see anything beyond.

A Worker looks for monetary, verbal or material rewards.

Manager

A person may be Manager but the way he functions, he may yet function as a ‘Worker’.

A Manager finds every challenge exciting and is energized in the very duration of its execution.

Manager is willing to take on new responsibilities as he is the starting point of it all.

Manager is one who has the capacity to include all.

Manager is able to inspire all by his very being.

A Managers’ complete role in life itself is a reward.
