Guruji Guides us on: Leadership & Love

Condensed From Talks by – Pujya Guruji Shree  Rishi  Prabhakarji.

Living in a state of expectation of how things must be, we have  only created hatred. We often feel that people must be a certain way. They are not okay the way they are. This way we end up hating them. In return, they hate us. This entire context is  a  breeding  ground  for hatred.

The paradigm of true love is totally different. True love is nothing but the over-spilling of fullness, the fullness experienced through  meditation.

In true love, the way the other person is, or the way he acts, or behaves is not a criterion for your loving  him.

YOU LOVE BECAUSE YOU ARE  FULL  OF  LOVE.

This paradigm has nothing to do  with the other person’s behaviour or state of being. If your love is dependent on the other person loving you, you are yet a slave of that person. You are not yet free and you naturally hate  the  person who  has  imprisoned  you.

We define a person who comes  from freedom and love, from the spirit of giving, as a true leader. Just by attending a class on leadership, you won’t become a leader. It will at the most    provide a theoretical under-standing but not a practical experience.

A  true leader has his cup full.

By thinking of your cup being full, it will not be full. It is only by meditating that your cup will flow  over.

The very overflow of this inner abundance will manifest as love  or giving. Otherwise you will always remain a person who comes from taking. No amount  of hearing lectures on the spirit of  giving  will  help.

A true leader is someone who naturally comes from giving. As long as you are trying to be a leader,  it will not work. The very  fact that you are trying to be a leader implies that you are not  yet established in a state where you are spontaneously giving. Nor will acting like a leader make you a true leader. The only way to be a true leader is to meditate  and  have your cup  full.

When you meditate, you will immediately experience that everyone is mine. This universal love cannot be drilled into your head through preaching but it is something which will spontaneously  spring  from  within.

When you stick to this Sadhana, life will simply become more and more beautiful every day, it will become  more  and  more pleasurable.

Every day will bring something new, something fantastic into your lives. God bless  you. ~

The very overflow of this inner abundance will manifest as love  or giving. Otherwise you will always remain a person who comes from taking. No amount of hearing lectures on the spirit of  giving  will  help.
